Chito payag uling maging judge sa next season ng ‘Idol PH’, na-in love sa mga katrabaho

SUPER nag-enjoy ang Parokya ni Edgar frontman na si Chito Miranda sa pagiging judge ng reality singing competition na “Idol Philippines”.
Buti na lang daw at tinanggap niya ang offer ng ABS-CBN na maging isa sa mga hurado ng show dahil napakarami niyang natutunan at nadiskubre sa sarili niya bilang musikero.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, nag-post si Chito na litrato kasama ang mga kapwa “Idol” judges na sina Gary Valenciano, Moira dela Torre at Regine Velasquez pati na ang host ng programa na si Robi Domingo.

Kuha ito last Sunday sa naganap na grand finals ng “Idol Philippines” kung saan itinanghal na champion si Khimo Gumatay. Sa caption, binalikan ni Chito ang araw nang matanggap ang offer ng ABS-CBN na maging judge siya sa programa.
“Tulad nu’ng nakwento ko dati, I said no to being a judge nu’ng first season, because I felt I wasn’t worthy, knowing I couldn’t sing as well as half of the hopefuls that would be auditioning for the show.
“When they invited me for the second season, I still didn’t want to do it… but Neri (Naig, asawa niya) convinced me to step out of my comfort zone.
“Subukan ko lang daw. Mabuti na lang talaga nakinig ako,” ang bahagi ng caption ni Chito.
Dagdag pa niyang mensahe, “I really enjoyed being a part of the show, and most of all, I fell in love with the people I worked with, including the hopefuls, and everyone working behind the camera. It was such a fun ride …and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
“This pic was taken last night sa bahay ni Sir Ogie at ng aking forever seatmate na si Ate Reg. Nag-picture kami habang pinapagalitan si Khimo ni Ate Winnie sa likod,” biro pa ng award-winning singer-songwriter.
