NAG-SHARE sa publiko ng ilang detalye tungkol sa kanyang pregnancy journey ang aktres na si Bianca King sa pamamagitan ng social media.
Sa Instagram, ibinahagi ni Bianca ang mga challenges na hinarap niya sa first trimester ng kanyang pagbubuntis at ang napansin niyang mga pagbabago sa katawan niya.
“1st trimester. A joyous time filled with gratitude and… hunger! I felt all the classic symptoms.
“Hungry all the time, heartburn, frequent bathroom trips, nausea all day, sore boobies.
“I cried over anything. I was brattier & needier than usual,” pag-amin ni Bianca.
Sabi pa ng aktres sa kanyang IG post na na-realize niya during the first trimester of her pregnancy that every woman is different.
Aniya, challenge ang bawat pagbangon niya sa umaga dahil madalas daw ang feeling niya sa sarili ay isang taong, “underachieving, tired, lazy, emotional, hot mess.”
“Kept thinking of all the women who have to go to work feeling like poop. Warriors! Maybe in the future there will be a paid first trimester leave?? Similar to maternity leave. I hope so!” aniya.
Sa kanyang first trimester, sinabi ni Bianca na talagang ingat na ingat siya sa pag-aalaga sa sarili at sa baby dahil sa pag-aalala tungkol sa isyu bg miscarriage.
Sabi pa ng aktres, pagsapit ng 11th hanggang 13th week ng kanyang pagbubuntis ay nakatanggap siya ng good news mula sa mga doktor.

“There’s the fear of miscarriage, chromosomal abnormalities and what could go wrong. Getting sucked into the blackhole of research.
“Also slowly discovering what I shouldn’t be eating and drinking and getting frustrated by it. No tiramisu!!! But at some point I chose to stop worrying,” aniya pa.
Talaga raw nanghingi siya ng tulong mula sa kanyang pamilya at mga kaibigan dahil alam niyang delikado ang first trimester ng pagdadalang-tao.
“The 1st trimester is a crucial stage in every pregnancy. It could be very isolating if you’re not ready to tell anyone.
“I was open with as many people as I could be. I needed the support. Just in case something happened, I wouldn’t mind sharing the bad news too.
“I appreciated everyone who checked up on me and were interested in my experience. ❤️ If you know someone who’s pregnant, call them,” aniya pa.
Ikinasal si Bianca sa kanyang husband na si Ralph Wintle noong June, 2021. Nakabase na sila ngayon sa Sydney, Australia.
Sa mga hindi pa masyadong aware, si Ralph ay younger brother ng asawa ni Iza Calzado na si Ben Wintle.
