Julius Babao nagreklamo sa natanggap na order, dawit na pizza parlor naglabas ng official statement

Julius Babao nagreklamo sa natanggap na order, dawit na pizza parlor naglabas ng official statement
DISMAYADO ang radio commenter at mamamahayag na si Julius Babao sa isang sikat na pizza restaurant nang mapansin na tila may plastic ang pizza na in-order nila.

Nitong Linggo, August 7, ibinahagi ng kilalang personalidad ang kanyang hinaing patungkol sa pagkaing binili.

“Look @shakeysph yung pizza na inorder namin niluto ng may PLASTIC!!!! Buti di namin nakain!” saad ni Julius sa caption ng kanyang video post.

Sa video ay maririnig na nagsasalita ang mamamahayag habang ipinapakita ang pizza na kanilang in-order sa naturang pizza parlor.

“Guys, dumating na ‘yung order namin na pizza from Shakey’s. Itong the weirdest experience namin, guys ‘no. Pinatungan ng cheese, ito o. Kaya pala ang hirap, kako, inii-slice ko kanina siya. Sabi ko, ‘Parang may plastic?’ So nung inangat ko ngayon guys, may plastic sa loob, see?” pagbabahagi ni Julius.

Makikita rin sa video na nasa pagitan ng dough at toppings na cheese ang plastic habang iniaangat niya ito para ipakita sa video.

“Buti hindi natunaw ‘yung plastic, hindi sumama dun sa cheese kundi nakain namin ‘yung cheese tsaka yung plastic. Nako, ano ba yan, Shakey’s. Anong nangyayari sa inyo?” pagpapatuloy pa ni Julius.

Makikita rin sa post na naka-tag ang Facebook page ng sikat na pizza parlor maging ang page ng Department of Trade and Industry o DTI.

Nag-comment rin ang asawa ni Julius na si si Christine Bersola-Babao.

Aniya, “Ang careless ng branch kung saan nag-order tayo. Dapat chine-check mabuti. Kulang sa Quality control.”

Sumagot naman ang nasasangkot na pizza parlor hinggil sa reklamo ni Julius sa Twitter account nito.

“Our sincerest apologies Mr. Julius Babao. Rest assured that we are currently undergoing a thorough and fair investigation regarding this unfortunate incident. We appreciate you responding to our message and taking our call. We commit to making this right for you. Thank you,” reply ng pizza restaurant.

Marami naman sa mga netizens ang nag-comment at sinabihan ang kilalang pizza restarant na sana ay suriing maigi ang mga produkto nito lalo pa at pagkain ito.

Bukod rito ay naglabas na rin sila ng opisyal na pahayag ukol sa kasalukuyang isyung kinasasangkutan.

“We at Shakey’s are grateful to Mr. Julius Babao for calling our attention to an oversight that occured to his delivery order from one of our stores. We acknowledge that we made a mistake, and we will take this as an opportunity to learn and do better,” saad sa official statement.

Nangako rin naman ito at sinabing inaaksyunan na nila ang mga pangyayari.

Inamin na rin ng staff na nagkamali ito at nakalimutang tanggalin ang glassine sheet na nasa ibabaw ng pizza crust.

Paniniguro ng restawran, “Quality, safety and guest satisfaction are of utmost importance to Shakey’s. Rest assured that we take this as an opportunity to reinforce our training, systems, and procedures to prevent incidents like this from happening again, to any of our guests.”
