Lolit Solis tinalakan si Ai Ai: Isip isip kasi, gamitin ang utak
NAGBIGAY komento ang kolumnista at talent manager na si Lolit Solis ukol sa pagpapataw ng “persona non grata” kay Ai Ai delas Alas sa Quezon City.
Sa kanyang Instagram account ay hindi napigilan ng talent manager na pagsabihan ang Kapuso comedienne ukol sa kinalabasan ng ginawa niyang campaign video noong nagdaang halalan.
“Hayan ang sinasabi ko Salve na dapat, kahit binayaran ka para ikampanya ang isang kandidato, dapat maingat ka at tignan mo ang magiging resulta nito ng pang mahabang panahon,” umpisa ni Manay Lolit.
Aniya, gaya ng kasi ni Ai Ai, pwede naman daw nitont ikampanya ang kandidato na hindi magiging “very personal” ang atake sa kalaban.
“Parang self destructing na dahil lang sa ibinayad sa iyo, forever ng tatak ang kabastusan na ginawa mo. Naging persona non grata pa siya ng QC dahil pati ang seal ng lungsod hindi niya iginalang,” pagpapatuloy ni Manay Lolit.
Dapat raw ay inisip ni Ai Ai na magkakaronn ng epekto ang ginawa niya na makakpagdulot pa ng mas malaking danyos o damage para sa kanya.
Hirit ni Manay Lolit,”Magkano ba ang ibinayad, masyado bang malaki para talikuran mo na ang lahat lahat pati pakikisama ? Sayang, lalo pa nga at sa ganitong panahon, mas marami kang friends , the better. Hay naku, isip isip kasi, gamitin ang utak.”
Matatandaang nag-trending sina Ai Ai delas Alas at VinCentiments director Darryl Yap na pinatawan ng parusa bilang mga “personae non gratae” sa Quezon City matapos nitong bastusin ang official seal ng lungsod.
Si outgoing QC District IV Councilor Ivy Lagman ang nagpasa ng resolusyon sa pagdedeklara sa dalawa ng “personae non gratae” status na inaprubah ng city council.
Maaari naman bawiin ito basta maglabas lamang ng sinserong public apology ang dalawa.
Samantala, base sa inilabas na pahayag ng abogado ni Ai Ai ay sinabi nitong “satire” ang naturang video at hindi dapat seryosohin.

“The video which circulated during the campaign period is clearly a satire, a parody. It is not intended to be a statement of fact and is clearly not meant to be taken seriously by the audience.
“The video was obviously intended to be watched and taken as a whole, all elements being fictitious, including the seal behind the character portrayed by my client.
“It is unfortunate that the city council is nitpicking to find basis to curb freedom of expression in the guise of defending a perceived dishonor.
“We strongly condemn this act of the Quezon City council which endangers the protection granted by the freedom of expression for artists, entertainers, content creators, and comedians who use satire or parody to express sentiments or criticize public acts or figures.
“This also endangers their livelihood since it appears to be a form of cancellation making them wary to take on similar works in fear that public officials will retaliate in similar fashion.
“As public officers, the members of the Quezon City council should be more prudent and circumspect in the exercise of their discretion and should not take hasty actions which could adversely affect my client and cause undue anxiety to her family and friends.
“While we believe that the resolution does not physically affect my client, we will be monitoring every statement made against her to ensure that my client’s rights are protected,” pahayag ng abogado ni Ai Ai.
