Lee Young Ae ng ‘Jewel in the Palace’ nagpakita ng suporta sa Ukraine, nag-donate ng ₩100 million
NAGPAABOT ng tulong pinansyal ang South Korean actress na si Lee Young Ae o mas nakilala sa kanyang karakter na Seo Jang Geum sa hit Korean drama na “Jewel in the Palace” sa Ukraine.
Nagkakahalaga ng ₩100 million o halos P4.2 million ang kaniyang binigay sa mga mamamayan ng Ukraine na kasalukuyang nakararanas ng krisis dahil sa invasion ng Russia sa kanilang bansa.
Ibinahagi ng Ukraine ambassador Dmytro Ponomarenko ngayong araw, March 1, ang donasyon ni Lee Young Ae sa kanyang Twitter account kung saan makikita ang larawan ng cheke mula sa aktres maging ang kanyang liham para sa mga Ukranian citizens.
“We are very excited and touched by the letter and the great financial contribution of the famous Korean actress Lee Young-ae in support of Ukraine and the demand to end the war as soon as possible! The donations will be transferred to the needs of victims of aggression,” saad ni Ponomarenko.

Sa sulat ng South Korean actress ay hiniling nito na sana ay magkaroon na ng kapayapaan sa bansa base na rin sa balita na inilabas ngayong araw ng Soompi.
