NANG una naming marinig sa kilalang personalidad na hindi siya nasarapan sa famous Cochinillo o roasted piglet na negosyo ni Marvin Agustin ay nagulat kami dahil base sa video na inilalabas ng aktor sa kanyang Instagram account ay nakatatakam lalo’t malutong ito.

Marami rin kaming nakitang umorder na nito at plato pa ang ipinaghahati base rin sa post ni Marvin.

Ang tsika ng kilalang personalidad tungkol sa cochinillo ni Marvin, “naha-hype lang, magaling lang kumuha ng video si Marvin, pero hindi masarap at makunat pa. Baka masyado lang mataas ang expectation ko.”

Sabagay, kanya-kanya namang panlasa ‘yan lalo’t kung sanay kumain ng lechon, e, alam ng tao kung ano ang masarap at hindi.

Anyway, mukhang totoo nga ang tsika ng kilalang personalidad dahil nitong December 24 ay puro reklamo ang nabasa namin mula sa netizens na umorders kay Marvin para sa Noche Buena na naging kaugalian naman kasi ng pamilyang Pilipino na kapag may okasyon ay kailangan may lechon sa lamesa.

And when it finally arrived super kunat nu’ng 24th na cochi! Nakakahiya sa in-laws ko because that is our share and I’m super proud of it pa naman! Tapos nu’ng 25th as usual late din and it was burnt cochi! Nasira daw oven nila and no replacement whatsoever daw! My gaad I mean you paid so much and you just have to accept it?!! @marvinagustin I sent you a PM regarding this. The experience is far from your marketing.

Sumagot naman si @erylmarga, “@kuyaboyet Hi Sir. As if they’ll refund everything. But what happened was really unprofessional and far from what is advertise. We paid 13k for 2 types dishes Cochinilo and Roast Beef for the most awaited event of the year. This is really poor customer service.

In fairness sumagot naman ang @secretkitchen.ph customers service ni Marvin.

May isang customer din na naglabas ng hinaing na tila hindi nagustuhan ng netizen dahil nagkasagutan pa.

At dito sinabihan ni @dadiluvs si @marko_antonio47, “Ikw etong sumawsaw sa comment ko eh.

Sumang-ayon din ang isa pang netizen na si @april_empiyu, “@dadiluvs correct it’s easy for them to say. I don’t have order pero same experience with the other supplier. Hindi dumating ang food. They gave us false hopes until 7pm, yet biglang cancel na pala..Dapat may plan b to do an early damage control, ndi tanggap lang ng tanggap, tapos ndi na pala kaya..kaya tlgang dpt lesson learned to sa mga food entrep pag Holidays.

Nagbalik tanaw naman si @eric2_525, “I also had a very BAD experience ordering from @mr.vinmunchies months back. The order took 7 hours to arrive after several follow-ups. Apparently, your system had problems back then and it seems that no improvement has been done. Quality of service and product should always be the priority and not the quantity or profit. @marvinagustin.”

Samantala, aminado naman si Marvin sa pagkukulang niya at humingi siya ng dispensa sa lahat base sa inilabas niyang official statement sa kanyang Instagram account.

“I’m very sorry, everyone…

“Napakahalaga ng Pasko sa atin, lalo na sa dami nang pinagdaanan natin ngayong nakaraang taon kung kaya’t napakasakit para sa akin na madami kaming mga taong naperwisyo kahapon (December 24) at ngayong araw na ‘to.

“I am very sorry to each one of you. Maling-mali na nagpa-overwhelm kami sa mga di inaasahang problema, nagkulang kami sa aming serbisyo, at hindi namin aga-dagad na natugunan ang inyong katanungan. At masakit man ‘yung mga nababasa ko, tinatanggap ko lahat kasi talagang nagkamali ako.

“Sana mabigyan n’yo ako ng pagkakataon maipakita na hindi ko pagkatao ang magbigay ng problema o hirap sa kahit na kanino,” saad ni Marvin.

“I had a series of unfortunate incidents from our kitchen equipments breaking down, a glitch in our ordering system, and last minute cancellations of couriers due to several unforeseen reasons.

“Alam kong hindi ito excuse not to give you the service you deserve and expect, lalo na sa araw na halos tatlong buwang pinaghahandaan ng bawa’t pamilyang Pilipino kung kaya’t napakahalagang huwag magkamali.

“My team and I have reached out to some of you, the people I’ve caused terrible inconvenience and an awful experience during the most important and special occasion of the year. And you will continue to hear from us in the next few days,” dagdag pa ni Marvin.

“To those who haven’t received a message from us, I am just gathering all information so we can address your concerns properly.

“Bawa’t isa sa inyo mahalaga sa akin at sa aming trabaho.

“I promise each one of you, we will do better,” pangako ni Marvin.

Kulang 7k ang nag-like at umabot sa 350 ang mga komentong pawang nagreklamo.
