“Just listen, that’s the most basic and easiest thing to do, especially to your director lalung-lalo na to your co-actors,” tugon ng binata.

If you want tomorrow to change, you gotta do something today.”

“If yung focus ko is to be out of the shadow of my dad, hindi ko masyadong ma-e-enjoy yung showbiz ‘coz that’s a hard shadow to get out of.

“His shadow is so big because he have so much people and why should I be afraid to be of that shadow?” pahayag ni Joaquin.

Samantala, ngayon pa lang ay pinaghahandaan na ni Joaquin ang pagsabak niya lock-in shooting para sa “Caught in the Act” at lahat daw ng natutunan niya sa “First Yaya” ay maaari niyang magamit dito.

“I’m happy, excited because compared sa past role ko sa First Yaya, this role I’m tackling, medyo may quirkiness iyong character ko like medyo makulit talaga. I’m excited to work on my character,” sabi ni JD.

Makakasama ng binata rito ang “Pinoy Big Brother: Connect” first runner up na si Andi Abaya.  Pag-amin ni Joaquin nang ipa-describe sa kanya ang dalaga, “I really don’t know her personally, but she’s a nice person po. Mabait siya.”

Sey naman ni Andi, “Just like what Joaquin said, we really don’t know personally yet. But I believe we would be able to work well with each other. He seems like a nice person naman po and organized.”

Sa nasabing pelikula, gagampanan nina Andi at Joaquin ang role bilang senior high school students na nakaimbento ng new mobile app na “Caught in the Act,” isang crime-stopping app kung saan pwedeng mag-report ng krimen ang kahit sinong gagamit nito.

Ayon kay Direk Perry Escaño, “Caught in the Act depicts how talented Filipinos are when it comes to invention and creation of advanced technology. The film promotes good Filipino traits like not giving up on trials and adversities of life, very hardworking, responsible, hopeful in achieving their dreams in life.

“Most Filipinos nowadays, especially the millennial generation, are into social media, it is also an awareness to everyone that App nowadays are faster and easiest version of a site to interact and connect.

“These apps are companions for today’s social life. They are literally very significant in our daily lives, especially on emergency matters like what will be seen in this film,” lahad ng direktor na siya ring sumulat ng script.
