‘DOTS’ ng DongJen nakatanggap ng pagkilala mula kay Atty. Gozon; Sanya perfect na kapalit ni Marian sa ‘First Yaya’
BINIGYANG-PARANGAL ni GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe Gozon ang buong team ng award-winning Kapuso series na “Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation)”.
Ito’y matapos ngang umani ng pagkilala ang programa mula sa ibang bansa, kabilang na ang lead actor sa serye na si Dingdong Dantes.
Sa pamamagitan ng isang memorandum, kinilala ng Kapuso chief ang galing at husay ng “DOTS”, “The creative/technical and production teams and artists of Descendants of the Sun, the first and only Philippine production to have earned the distinction of ‘Most Popular Foreign Drama of the Year’ at the Seoul International Drama Awards held in September 2020.”
Binati rin ni Atty. Gozon ang Team DOTS “for being the first GMA program to meet the international standards of the streaming platform Netflix.”
Aniya pa, hindi matatawaran ang pagmamahal ng buong production sa kanilang trabaho kaya hanga siya sa mga ito dahil sa kanilang, “hard work and dedication, overcoming challenges and difficulties set before [them] during this time of pandemic, to ensure that the production of ‘Descendants of the Sun’ was consistently world-class and something that we could all be proud of.”
Bukod kay Dingdong, nakasama rin sa serye sina Jennylyn Mercado, Rocco Nacino, Jasmine Curtis, Pancho Magno, Renz Fernandez, Chariz Solomon, Andre Paras, Nicole Donesa, Reese Tuazon, Jenzel Angeles at Bobby Andrews.
Napanood din sa programa sina Antonio Aquitania, Ricardo Cepeda, Paul Salas, Jon Lucas, Lucho Ayala, Prince Clemente at marami pang iba, sa direksyon ni Dominic Zapata.

Nakatanggap ng papuri at suporta ang Kapuso actress na si Sanya Lopez matapos niyang i-share sa Instagram ang teaser ng inaabangang romcom primetime series na “First Yaya”.
Mapapanood na ito very soon sa GMA 7 kung saan makakatambal niya ang Kapuso leading man na si Gabby Concepcion.
Sabi ng Kapuso hunk at dating nakatambal ni Sanya na si Benjamin Alves, “Can’t wait to see your comedic hat on! Congrats Sans!”
“Super excited makita ka Sanya as Yaya Melody sa rom-com,” komento naman ng kanyang fans club na Sanya Warriors.
Sey pa ng isang netizen, “Bagay na bagay kay Sanya ang role nya. May chemistry rin sila ni Gabby. Hindi nagkamali ang GMA na siya ang ipalit kay Marian Rivera.”
