Dagdag na 440 provincial buses sa 5 bagong ruta, bibiyahe simula ngayong araw–LTFRB

Nagbukas ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ng limang ruta para sa 440 Provincial Public Utility Bus (PUB) na bibiyahe sa ilang probinsya simula ngayong araw, Disyembre 24.

Narito ang ruta ng provincial PUB na bukas simula ngayong Huwebes:

• Baguio City – Mariveles, Bataan
• Baguio City – Olongapo, Zambales
• North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) – Baguio City
• North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) – Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
• North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) – Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte

Maaaring bumiyahe ang mga roadworthy na bus na may valid at existing Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) o Application for Extension of Validity, at kinakailangang naka-rehistro sa Personal Passenger Insurance Policy ang bawat unit sa mga rutang nakapaloob sa MC.

Bilang kapalit ng Special Permit (SP), mayroong QR CODE na ibibigay sa bawat operator na dapat ilagay sa short bond paper at ipaskil sa PUV.

Maaring i-download ang QR Code mula sa official website ng LTFRB.

Bukod sa QR Code, kailangan ding sumunod ang mga pick up at drop off terminals ng mga naturang bus sa health at safety protocols bago payagang mag-operate ng local government units.

Muling ipinapaalala ng ahensya na walang ipatutupad na taas-pasahe sa mga naturang provincial PUB, maliban na lang kung ipag-uutos ito ng LTFRB.

Kinakailangan din na sumunod ang mga PUV sa mga alituntunin ng IATF at local government units kaugnay sa health protocols bago sila makabiyahe.
