Dingdong, Jennylyn tinupad ang pangako sa mga Kapuso kahit may pandemya
NGAYONG gabi na mapapanood ang new episodes ng Kapuso primetime series na “Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation)” GMA Telebabad.
After ng 8-day recap magpapatuloy na ang kwento ng Pinoy version ng hit Korean series na “DOTS” nina Dingdong Dantes, Jennylyn Mercado, Rocco Nacino at Jasmine Curtis.
Starting tonight mapapanood na ng Kapuso viewers ang mga pinaghirapang eksena ng produksyon na kinunan nga sa panahon ng pandemya.
Sabi ni Dingdong, ito yung katuparan ng pangako nila sa televiewers na talagang sumusubaybay sa kanilang programa mula pa noong magsimula itong umere.
“Sa TV audience kasi meron kaming promise na ibinigay sa kanila when we launch the show at ang promise is kukumpletuhin namin ‘yung kuwento so we are just fulfilling the promise.
“And siguro by now, nakikita naman natin na may scarcity of fresh TV programs, not just in GMA, but across all platforms. More than fulfilling that promise, it would be nice to see and to watch shows na alam mong kinunan sa panahon ng COVID-19,” pahayag pa ng Kapuso Primetime King.
Para naman kay Rocco, naniniwala siya na kahit ilang buwang nawala sa ere ang “Descendants of the Sun”, patuloy pa rin itong tututukan ng manonood.
“We’re still awesome. I think the excitement is still there so I think in terms of selling the show I don’t think it’s needed. Because everyday we’re being asked by people through social media na kelan ba ‘to babalik, miss na namin mga eksena n’yo. So that alone kita namin ‘yung excitement ng mga tao,” lahad ng aktor.
Sey naman ni Jasmine na siyang ka-loveteam ni Rocco sa serye, “For the fans of the original show who were hoping to also watch our Filipino adaptation, it’s still something they wanna see to be finished and completed.”
Sabi naman ni Jennylyn, kailangang abangan ng “DOTS” fans ang mga action at drama moments sa earthquake scene at ang pakikipaglaban ng Alpha team sa isang terrorist group na siyang pinagmulan ng matinding twist sa love story nina Lucas (Dingdong) at Maxine (Jennylyn).
Napapanood ang “Descendants of the Sun” mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 9:15 p.m. sa GMA Telebabad.
