PINAG-AARALAN ng Department of Education ang gastos kung magsasagawa ng mass testing sa mga paaralan.
Sinabi ni Education Undersecretary Revsee Escobedo na ang mas testing ay magpapataas sa kumpiyansa ng mga eskuwelahan na magsagawa ng physical o face to face learning.
Kailangan din umanong matukoy kung may pondong magagamit ang DepEd para rito.
“The cost really has to be studied. How much is it? Can we afford it? Do we have a source [of funds]?” ani Escobedo sa panayam sa online radio program.
Kakailanganin din umano ang pagsasagawa ng re-testing kaya mas lalaki ang kailangang gastusin.
“For example, you tested negative today. You will go back to your home and community. When you return, you will be tested again because you may not have acquired the virus in the school but in the home or community,” paliwanag ni Escobedo.
