NIYANIG ng magnitude 4.6 lindol ang Batanes ngayong umaga. 

Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology naramdaman ang lindol alas-4:36 ng umaga.

Ang epicenter ng lindol ay 36 kilometro sa silangan ng Basco. May lalim itong 156 kilometro at sanhi ng paggalaw ng tectonic plate sa lugar.

Walang inaasahang pinsala at aftershock ang lindol na ito.
