Siya ang magiging official representative ng Pilipinas sa 2019 Mrs. Universe.

Bukod kay Patricia, kinoronahan din ang ilan pang misis na lalaban sa ibang international beauty pageants.

Wagi sina Arlene Payaoan-Galvez, Mrs.World Philippines 2019; Lovely Gervacio-Tajan, Mrs. International Philippines 2019; Maria Estrella Zaldivar, Mrs. Globe Philippines 2019; at Johanna Beatriz Jacinto- Tucson, Mrs. Earth Philippines 2018.
