Palasyo hindi direktang sinagot ang pande-dedma ng Ombudsman sa suspension order vs Carandang
HINDI direktang sinagot ng Palasyo ang pahayag ni Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales matapos niyang sabihin na hindi nito ipapatupad ang 90-araw na suspensyon na ipinalabas ng Office of the President laban kay Deputy Ombudsman Melchor Arthur Carandang.
Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque na may 10 araw si Carandang na sagutin ang kautusan laban sa kanya.
“It is incumbent upon Mr. Carandang to submit his answer within the required period. After the lapse of the period provided, the Office of the President shall decide on the matter,” ayon pa kay Roque.
