Suspek sa pagpatay sa Koreano posibleng fall guy-Aguirre

TINITINGNAN na ng  National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang posibilidad na fall guy lamang si Senior Police Officer 3 (SPO3) Ricky Sta. Isabel , ayon kay Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.

“Based on his statement, he was only framed up and had nothing to do with the death of Jee (Ick Joo),” sabi ni  Aguirre.

Idinagdag ni Aguirre na nagsumite ang misis ni Sta. Isabel ng mga ebidensiya na magpapatunay na walang kinalaman ang mister sa pagpatay kay Jee.

Ayon kay Aguirre, kabilang sa mga ebidensiya na isinumite ng misis ay ang resibo mula sa isang bookstore noong Okt. 18, 2016, ang araw kung saan dinukot si Jee.

Iginiit ni Sta. Isabel  na nasa  bookstore siya sa  Metro Manila kasama ang anak ng kanyang  superior, si Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Illegal Drugs Group Superintendent Rafael Dumlao.

Sinabi ni Aguirre na sinabihan si Sta. Isabel ni Dumlao at ni PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group Senior Superintendent Glenn Dumlao na sundin ang umano’y script sa kaso ni Jee.

Nagsumite umano si Jinky ng usapan sa telepono kung saan binanggit ang planong pagpatay ng mga opisyal at pinalabas na ang mga ito ang nasa likod ng pagdukot at pagpatay kay  Jee.

Idinagdag ni Aguirre na nagsumite rin si Jinky ng isang closed circuit television footage (CCTV) ng isang  Toyota Hilux  na ginamit sa aktuwal na pagdukot kay  Jee.

“She submitted proof supporting her husband’s defense, particularly a CCTV footage showing two identical Hilux units with the same license plate number and color but have a few differences,” ayon pa kay Aguirre.

Sinabi pa ni Aguirre na makikita rin sa isa pang CCTV footage na isinumite ang pagbisita ni Rafael Dumlao at Senior Superintendent Allan Macapagal sa kanilang bahay.

“If this evidence is true, then there is a well-planned operation,” ayon pa kay Aguirre.
