Pagpapalabas ng 8 pelikula ng MMFF pinalawig sa ilang sinehan hanggang Enero 7
NAGDESISYON ang Metro Manila Film Festival 2016 executive committee na palawigin ang pagpapalabas ng walong pelikula na kasali sa MMFF sa 10 piling mga sinehan hanggang Sabado.Nakatakda sanang magtapos ang MMFF sa Miyerkules.
“The MMFF, which is supposed to end on Wednesday (Jan. 3) will be extended until Jan. 7 so that these films will be enjoyed all over the country beyond Jan. 3,” sabi ni Noel Ferrer, MMFF executive committee spokesperson.
Hindi naman inihayag ni Ferrer kung ano-ano ang 10 sinehan sa SM malls
sa Metro Manila na pumayag na ipalabas pa ang walong pelikula hanggang Enero 7.
“Sunday Beauty Queen, which had a low following on the first few days after the festival opening. The film, however, had its gross income doubled after it won awards, including the Best Picture, in the 2016 MMFF Gabi ng Parangal,” ayon pa kay Ferrer.
