Duterte kay Quiboloy: Mas importante sa akin ang interes ng mga Pinoy
SINABI ni presumptive President-elect Rodrigo Duterte na mas importante sa kanya ang interes ng bansa matapos ang mga ulat na nasaktan ang kanyang kaibigang si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy matapos siyang isnabin sa ginagawang pagtatalaga ng kanyang Gabinete.
“Let me be very clear, my friendship with my friends ends where the interest of the country begins. I would as much as possible make you happy if you are my friend, but I will not allow anybody to (lend) color (to) my decisions in government. From now on, it is always the interest of the people of the Republic of the Philippines that counts, period,” sabi ni Duterte.
Nauna nang sinabi ng tagapagsalita ni Quiboloy na si Mike Abe na dismayado si Quiboloy matapos siyang hindi konsultahin sa pagtatalaga ng mga iuupong opisyal ni Duterte.
Itinanggi naman ni Duterte na naiimpluwensiyahan siya sa pagpili ng mga miyembro ng kanyang Gabinete.
“Ako lang. I never consulted anybody. I do not consult anybody. Nakikinig ako sa kanila (I listen to them), but I decide. I do not take into consideration friendship,” giit ni Duterte.
