Kasi po ako, I need to grab the opportunity, kasi how many lifetimes would I have to have this offer? To be in an industry where I can showcase my talent, and I can inspire people, and I can earn a living out of it.

JAYA: “Well, I think I really worked hard for my family that sometimes I forget about myself.
“You have to put equal time or maybe more time for important people rather than work.

SNOOKY SERNA: “Biggest sacrifice ko sigurong ginawa yung I gave up my personal desire. Yung personal happiness ko for the longest time to serve a higher purpose. I don’t want to say what it is na but ayun siguro yung sinacrifice ko, ang aking personal fulfillment para doon.
“But thank God, after how many years of trying to move on, finally I’m getting to that, I think I got to that point. I’ve met finally a man of my dreams. Being the hopeless romantic that I am and siguro talagang ano naman siya eh, he’s really everything that I need.”

JAMES WRIGHT: “The biggest sacrifice in my life was choosing to move here, knowing I will not be with my parents and moving in to a totally new place for me. Friends and family were all left behind for this dream of mine, and i know it will be worth it.”

The good thing is, yung school ko ay very supportive. To God be all the glory.”

BAILEY MAY: “It’s really difficult for the family to be apart but I know we can work through it. I’m just so lucky because my family is very supportive. There have been so many big changes in my life. Like now, when I go out in public, I get noticed. Before PBB, that didn’t happen. Also, my following on social media increased after PBB, and the amount of work that I have also increased. Even my spare days are now being booked. And it’s really a blessing.”

JAMES REID: “When I first came here in the Philippines I left my life in Australia, my friends there, my family. But it turned out to be a good thing because I became part of the PBB at nanalo naman po ako. And now, nandito na ako. And I guess I also sacrificed love because I opted to focus on my career. And now, I also sacrificed privacy just to be able…I mean to be open about our relationship (with Nadine Lustre), it’s something na worth sacrificing.”

NADINE LUSTRE: Hindi ko masasabing sacrifice itong mga ginagawa ko ngayon, being in this business, because I really want this, and I’m enjoying my life now. Because I’m always away from my family, parang almost everyday nasa work ako and I seldom see my family and friends.”

DAWN ZULUETA: “Biggest sacrifice? I’m not very religious dear. Ha-hahaha. I don’t have these things. I’m sorry, ha. I am Roman Catholic but I’m not a practicing Roman Catholic. So, uhm, sorry I don’t have.”

JESSY MENDIOLA: “My biggest sacrifice is, nag-fasting ako. Saka nag-social media block ako. Actually, last year ko pa po ginawa ‘yan. Kasi po ‘yun ‘yung lagi kong ginagawa. So, parang sinurender ko.”

JC DE VERA: “Actually, nasa-sacrifice ko na ang health ko right now because of work. So, medyo ingat lang siguro.”

RYAN AGONCILLO: “You know, I don’t smoke anymore. I don’t drink anymore…not so much. Sa akin kasi iba talaga ang importance ng Holy Week, it’s really the prayers, dasal talaga.”
