Sinabi ni Sen. Vicente Sotto III na sa botong 5-4, kinatigan ng SET ang naunang desisyon na nagdedeklara kay Poe bilang natural-born citizen.
“Same voting, denied,” sabi ni Sotto.
Bukod kay Sotto, kabilang sa mga bumoto laban sa petisyon ni David at sina Sen. Loren Legarda, Cynthia Villar, Pia Cayetano at Bam Aquino.
Kabilang naman sa apat na bumoto para i-diskwalipika si Poe ay sina Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio, chair ng SET, Associate Justices Teresita Leonardo de Castro at Arturo Brion at Sen. Nancy Binay. Inquirer.net
