Bagyo ngayong Disyembre posibleng may 1 hanggang 2 –PAGASA

FOR your information, mga ka-BANDERA, may mga bagyo pa rin tayo aasahan ngayong buwan ng Disyembre kaya ihanda na ang inyong mga payong at kapote.

Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), isa hanggang dalawang bagyo ang posibleng tumama sa ating bansa sa holiday season.

Ang babala ng Weather Specialist na si Ana Clauren-Jorda, “Makikita po natin dito, mataas ‘yung tsansa na mag-landfall o tumama po sa kalupaan kapag meron po tayong na-monitor na Tropical Cyclone o bagyo po na makaapekto sa ating bansa.”

Dagdag pa niya, “Kaya kapag may binabantayan, maging alerto po tayo, maging updated po tayo kahit nasa Christmas season o bakasyon season po tayo. Dapat po maging handa pa rin at maging alerto kung sakali na meron tayong imo-monitor na Tropical Cyclone o bagyo po sa ating bansa.”

Nilinaw rin ng weather bureau na wala pa silang binabantayan na anumang sama ng panahon na pwedeng makaapekto sa ating bansa sa mga susunod na tatlo hanggang limang araw.

Base sa report ng PAGASA, anim na tropical cyclones na ang humagupit sa ating bansa mula nitong Oktubre.

Kabilang na riyan ang mga bagyong Kristine (international name: Trami), Leon (international name: Kong-rey), Marce (international name: Yinxing), Nika (international name: Toraji), Ofel (international name: Usagi), at Pepito (international name: Man-yi).
