Napakaraming realizations ng aktres at celebrity mom nang magdiwang siya ng kanyang 31st birthday nitong nagdaang October 9.
Nagbahagi ang estranged wife ni Richard Gutierrez ng ilang mga kaganapan sa personal niyang buhay sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Instagram Broadcast Channel.
Sabi ni Sarah, mas feel daw niya ngayon ang kaligayahan at pagiging kuntento sa buhay, “How beautiful it is to feel contentment from such a pure, simple, and real space. As I turn 31, I’m overwhelmed by a sweetness that flows from within.
“I’ve come to realize that I don’t need anyone but myself, and that no one can save me but me,” pahayag ng aktres.

Hindi na rin daw niya inaasa sa ibang tao ang kanyang kaligayahan, “This independence isn’t a burden. It’s a liberation.

Kasunod nito, todo rin ang pasasalamat ni Sarah sa kanyang mga kaibigan na hindi siya iniwan sa ere noong may pinagdaraanan siya sa kanyang personal na buhay.
