Alice Guo at Karen Bordador

“Special Treatment daw si Alice Guo.. as seen on her detention cell.

“To give you an idea why that solitary cell is necessary for her…

“I want to share my insights. When I was unlawfully detained… yes I’ll call it that, I was actually given the option of being placed in a high profile detention cell in another grid lock facility,” simulang pagbabahagi ni Karen.

“Meaning I’ll have my own cell and be in a building with high profile personalities with extremely big cases. They’re in the levels of economic sabotage, spies, big scary cases and huge syndicate groups.

“They are placed there because the security is 10,000x tighter! Jail officers will get to focus on high alert suspects. I didn’t want to be identified as high profile in a notorious sense so I refused staying there.

“But anyway… for real high profile individuals… you can get bullied or you just never know what can happen to you when you’re sardines with many people. So best to have you in solitary confinement,” lahad ng dalaga.

When I was given the opportunity to be alone….I opted to experience the commoners detention in bars. I didn’t exist in the underground world so I had no beef with anyone and neither did I fear anyone from the outside.

“I only had keyboard warrior bashers that wouldn’t do anything to me in person. Real high profile suspects have actual death threats since they keep secrets of outside illegal operations.

“That’s one reason why it’s best they are in a more grid lock facility. More so, the government needs to ensure they’re alive the whole duration of the case to also get needed information from the said suspect.

“Also I told myself that if I was going to be in a wrongful situation… and God allowed it… I might as well get the full experience so I can live a day to share about it and possibly learn something from it.

“ANYWAY point is…. It’s necessary for her to be in that lonesome cell. With all the grave allegations against her… we need to know the truth of her history and who she’s connected to and how deep her operations are if any. I’m honestly mind blown how this pretty cute lady is intertwined with all these unlawful things,” sabi pa ni Karen.

“But anyway… her smiley face is probably something she can’t help because some people have a “resting bitch face” while she has a ‘resting smiley ball face.’ Although you can see the stress and worry on her mugshot.

“If she hasn’t felt the reality of her situation yet.. well she will once her hearings begin. Sometimes defense mechanism mo narin yung magsmile as a way to console yourself. Well regardless sana she tells the truth naaaa for the safety of the Pinoys.

“So these are photos of my first detention cell which I stayed in for around 3 months or so. It was super tiny, awful bathroom and sardines with other girls. I laid on the ground and there are times it would rain… so basa lahat.

“Also the pollution of the outside is our air. I met many small time offenders. Some shouldn’t be there while others… with all their kwentos proved to me they should remain in jail for a while.

“It was such an insightful experience but tragic either way. I guess if I decided to be in solitary… my journey wouldn’t have been that meaningful. Then again… every story is different and my decision was right for me.

“So just wanted to share this. To me it’s right she’s placed there. At least mahirap din maitakas siya. Diba? Bantay sarado talaga! To the government, I hope you squeeze out all the information out of her and may justice prevail!

“Btw… if you’re wondering why I was able to take pics in my cell, when I had dalaw… I requested to take pics of myself. My family was against it. Super kahiya to even be there.

“But to me this will be part of my history. At one point of my life I was so down. And when I do get to share… I hope I’m up again… with my head high.

“So ayun nakaSMILE ako dyan pero stressed din kaya my face is like that. Wahahaha I think ok na ako now. Big difference talaga as you can see!

“To all of you who are enjoying your freedom, please do good for yourself and your community. Ang hirap makulong! Kahit sabihin mong ‘special treatment’ … iba parin yung nasa bahay ka. Let’s not take our freedom for granted,” ang kabuuang post ni Karen sa FB.
