PROUD na proud na tinawag na “Our King” ng content creator na si Bretman Rock ang Pinoy champ at Olympic gold medalist na si Carlos Yulo.
Binati ng Filipino-American vlogger at social media influencer si Carlos kasabay ng pagbabandera sa naiuwi nitong “kambal” na tagumpay sa 2024 Paris Olympics dahil sa dalawang gintong medalya na napanalunan nito.
Sa latest episode ng “DaBaddest Radio” podcast, nabanggit ni Bretman Rock na ibang klaseng atleta si Carlos, na binansagan din niyang “GOAT.”

Pagpapatuloy niya, “I can’t wait to see more kids wanting to do sports because of him, especially boys who were shamed to explore feminine sports like gymnastics being one of them.”

Naniniwala rin si Bretman na pagaling nang pagaling ang mga Filipino athletes “and how they are breaking the norm in sports.”

“I think what’s also cool to know is that our first woman winner, Hidilyn Diaz, won gold in a predominantly male sport, and our first gold from a male came from a female-dominated sport.
“Filipinos are breaking the barrier everywhere we go,” pahayag pa ni Bretman Rock.
Nabanggit din ng content creator na nag-congratulate rin siy kay Carlos sa pamamagitan ng DM (direct message) sa Instagram at in fairness naman daw sumagot ang champion gymnast ng, “Thank you so much po.”
Bukod kay Bretman, ang iba pang kilalang celebrities na bumati kay Carlos ay sina Vice Ganda, Michelle Dee, Rufa Mae Quinto, Vicki Belo, Anne Curtis at marami pang iba.
