Maliban kay Win, magpe-perform din ang sikat na drag queen na si Marina Summers at OPM band na Lola Amour.
Mga bigatin din ang mga napiling hosts para sa event, kabilang na riyan sina Alden Richards, Gabbi Garcia, Tim Yap, Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel, at Emmy-winning host Jeannie Mai.
