“I am working on a lot of music, both songs that I have written and collaborating with different artists.

“I am also putting up Bisaya music. I am starting to also continuing ano championing Bisaya music as well like sina KZ, Kyle and JK. They already started and I’m just helping out in pushing forward Bisaya music,” pahayag ni Morissette sa isang interview sa ginanap na Billboard Philippines Women in Music event last March 22.

Because I am from Cebu.

“I really want to be able to help the people there kasi before when I started in the industry, parang kailangan naming mga taga-probinsya na pumunta ng Manila para mapansin at mabigyan ng opportunities.

“But because of the internet, it’s really giving a lot of help in giving the spotlight to the other provinces in our country, and other dialects, and to other musicians that are also there.

“I want to be able to help with that as well kasi ako, nakikita ko, bilang in Cebu often times, the last times, I saw amazing, amazing talents that are there in Cebu pa lang, what more pa in other provinces.

“And I feel they also deserve to have a spotlight kasi we have a very beautiful, a very wonderful culture,” paliwanag ng singer.

Balak ding mag-produce ni Mori ng mga concerts para sa iba pang OPM artists, “We are also planning and also producing. I’m also co-producing mga shows at concerts here and everywhere as well.”

Gusto niyang maka-collab sina KZ Tandingan, Regine Velasquez, at Pilita Corrales. “Hopefully. We worked on a song before. English and Tagalog by Kiko Salazar. I think it’s also due time na,” ang sey pa niya about collaborating with KZ.

A different kind of feeling getting to work on such a beautiful wedding song such as this AND in my native dialect that is Cebuano/Bisaya.

“I couldn’t help but be brought back to when I once walked down the aisle to my forever @davejlamar.
