Sa naganap na mediacon, natanong si Moira kung paano nagsimula ang kanyang weight loss journey at kung paano niya ito name-maintain sa kabilang ng kanyang kabisihan sa buhay at career.

E, kasi nga, para siyang teenager ngayon sa kanyang itsura. Talagang napanindigan niya ang pagiging healthy and fit sa kabila ng kanyang busy and loaded schedule.
Inamin din ni Moira na lahat na yata ng klase ng diet ay nasubukan niya hanggang sa dumating yung araw na napagod na siya sa kaka-try kung ano ang perfect diet at workout para sa kanya.
Kuwento ng premyadong singer-composer, “When I started losing weight, it happened when I stopped trying. I was vegan, keto, done intermittent, tried everything, even became bolemic and worsened my situation.
“But when I stopped putting pressure on my self and just letting myself be, that’s when I didn’t stress about it and gradually lost the weight,” paliwanag ng singer.
“I think it is self love, that matters more. I also think you have to know you are beautiful even before you go to your goal weight.
“That’s where real change happens, it wasn’t quick and BonaSlim they knew what I was talking about, it was gradual change they also wanted to promote.
