“Love your body how it is, then strive to improve it,” ang paalala ni Kylie sa mga netizens na isa ring advocate ng body positivity.

Sabi pa niya sa kanyang IG post, “I don’t measure my weight anymore. I go by what I see.”

“I make sure to get 30 minutes of exercise at least every day and I eat whole foods,” pagbabahagi ng Kapuso star.

“As a woman in society, there is so much pressure to look perfect, whatever perfect means.

“I know I’m not the only one who can say that in my history with my body there were so many unhealthy ways I tried to lose weight,” she added. “Some were definitely self damaging.

“It’s not about being sexy. It’s about discipline, knowing how to eat, when to eat and how much to eat depending on what your body needs.

“It’s not about being hungry. Most of all, it’s about patience and acceptance. It’s about truly loving and respecting your body,” sabi ng aktres.
