‘Selos’ ni Shaira Moro tinanggal sa streaming apps matapos ireklamo

MATAPOS ireklamo ng “copyright infringement“, tinanggal na ng kampo ng baguhang singer na si Shaira Moro ang viral song na “Selos” sa mga streaming platform.
Sikat na sikat ngayon ang “Selos” ni Shaira na binansagang Queen of Bangsamoro Pop, ngunit kinailangan nga itong tsugin sa mga digital music app dahil sa umano’y pagkopya ng tunog at melody nito.
Mismong ang Australian singer-songwriter na si Lenka ang nagpaabot sa AHS Channel, ang producer ng “Selos”, ng kanilang reklamo dahil nga sa pagkopya sa kanta niyang “Trouble is a Friend”.

Ayon kay Lenka, nabasa niya ang post ng isang netizen na nagsabing kumikita si Shaira sa kantang hindi naman sa kanya. “We have taken legal action thanks,” sey ni Lenka.
Nag-sorry na ang AHS Channel kay Lenka sa pamamagitan ng Facebook, “On behalf of our artist, Shaira, AHS Productions would like to convey our heartfelt apologies to all those who have enjoyed listening to the ‘Selos’ as it is now unavailable [on] all online streaming platforms.
“This is a voluntary act on our end as we are still making arrangements [about] the legality of the publication of the song. We have chosen to take it down from all platforms pending our agreement with the original artist’s management on securing a cover license for ‘Selos,’” sabi pa ng AHS Productions.

Patuloy pa nito, “As most of you may know, the melody that we have used is originally from a song entitled ‘Trouble is a Friend’ by Lenka and as of the moment, we are already in contact with her team for us to make ‘Selos’ an official cover.

“To those who have been entertained by Shaira’s cover song, we are truly grateful to you for opening your hearts to a song that we once only made public for the sake of entertainment,” sabi pa ng kampo bi Shaira.
“We certainly did not expect that it [would] become this big to a point where Shaira will be known as the ‘Queen of Bangsamoro Pop.’ We could not be prouder. We hope that when the time comes and we will be re-uploading the song, you will show her the same love and acceptance,” ang mensahe pa ng AHS.
“Anyway, Shairaa Moro Singer will be out with more original music soon so stay tuned for that,” dagdag pa.
Nagsimulang mag-hit ang “Selos” ni Shaira sa TikTok last year hanggang sa magkaroon na rin ito ng dance challenge.
