Live-action adaptation ng ‘City Hunter’ ipinasilip, aarangkada sa April 25

EXCITING news para sa anime lovers at manga fans!

Magkakaroon na ng live-action adaptation film ang hit manga series na “City Hunter” sa susunod na buwan. 

Lalong pinasabik ng Netflix ang fans nang inilabas kamakailan lang ang official trailer ng pelikula.

Mapapanood sa pasilip na iikot ang istorya sa karakter ni “Ryo Saeba,” isang top-class “sweeper” na nagtrabaho kasama si “Kaori Makimura,” ang kapatid ng long-time partner ni Ryo.

Si Ryohei Suzuki ang bibida bilang si Ryo, habang si Misato Morita naman bilang si Kaori.

Tampok din si Masanobu Ando as “Hideyuki Makimura” na partner ni Ryo at si Fumino Kimura na gaganap bilang si detective “Saeko Nogami.”

“‘City Hunter’ follows Ryo Saeba, a ‘sweeper’ who navigates the shadowy depths of modern-day Shinjuku, Tokyo. Balancing a cool demeanor with a fun personality, Ryo takes on high-stakes challenges in the underworld,” saad sa inilabas na press release ng Netflix.

Kwento pa, “After receiving the message ‘XYZ, please find my sister,’ Ryo and his partner Hideyuki go on to search for Kurumi, a famous cosplayer. Meanwhile, mysterious violent incidents are taking place in Shinjuku, and Saeko, a skilled police detective is having a tough time solving these cases.”

“Ryo and Hideyuki work in tandem to pursue Kurumi, but tragedy strikes when Hideyuki is killed during the investigation. Witnessing her brother’s death, Kaori implores Ryo to uncover the truth behind the incident,” ani pa ng streaming service.

Ang pelikulang “City Hunter” ay nakatakdang ipalabas sa Netflix sa darating na April 25.
