Sharon durog ang puso sa tuwing iiwan ng mga anak: I’m going to cry and cry

MAY eksena sa pelikulang “Family of Two: A Mother and Son’s Story” na talagang nagpaiyak kay Sharon Cuneta dahil nakaka-relate raw siya.
Ito yung pinayagan na niyang mahiwalay ang gumaganap na anak niya sa pelikula na si Alden Richards dahil gusto na nitong maging independent.
Hindi naman lingid sa lahat na unang nahiwalay sa kanya ay ang panganay nila ni Gabby Concepcion na si KC Concepcion dahil nag-aral ng kolehiyo sa ibang bansa at ngayon ay ang panganay naman nila ni dating Sen. Francis Pangilinan na si Frankie ang nag-aaral sa Amerika.

“And since I was also like that, it happened to me, it happened to my brother and I’m sure my parents went through a lot of the emotions I’ve had to feel also, that I went through also,” paliwanag ni Sharon.

At ngayong si Frankie naman na kahit nakakauwi naman at babalik ulit sa Amerika ay hindi pa rin nasasanay ang aktres at sinabing nadururog pa rin ang puso niya, good thing graduate na ang panganay nila ni Sen. Kiko sa susunod na taon.
Inihahanda na rin daw niya ang sarili kay Miel na kapag natapos na nito ang high school ay gayun din ang mangyayari at ang bunsong si Miguel ay may apat na taon pa niyang makakapiling kaya ninanamnam na niya.
“First you give them roots, then you give them wings. And when you give them wings, you don’t pull them back you just keep on reminding little by little and then you have just to trust them the way you raised them.
“And if they decide to be something other than what you expect, then that ‘s their life, so, you will love them anyway. I’m prepared for that but I know I’m going to cry and cry and cry,” esplika ni Sharon.
Samantala, tinanong si Sharon tungkol sa “anak” niya sa pelikula na si Alden kung papasa itong son-in-law niya.

“Yes, lahat na kay Alden kung ganyan ang magiging asawa ng mga anak ko kahit si Miguel pa, ha, ha, ha, ha (tawanan ang lahat ng nasa mediacon) support ako! Kasi kuyang-kuya siya. Seriously, like a mother, no one is good enough for my son.
“He’s very responsible, he’s like me, he works hard, he knows his priorities.
“I want Alden to end up with a girl who deserves him. The girl? She has to be smart. She will have to be independent. She will have to be loving but not needy.
“Knowing him, understand his schedules and be supportive of his career and his dreams and love his family. She has to have the same values like Alden,” paglalarawan ni Mega sa aktor.
Mapapanood na ang “Family of Two: A Mother and Son’s Story” simula sa Disyembre 25 bilang entry ng Cineko Productions sa Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 mula sa direksyon ni Nuel Crisostomo Naval at isinulat naman ni Mel Mendoza-Del Rosario.
Kasama rin sa pelikula sina Miles Ocampo, Jackie Lou Blanco, Tonton Gutierrez, Pepe Herrera, Soliman Cruz, at iba pa. At abangan din sila sa unang araw ng MMFF 2023 para sa kanilang theater tour.
