Nicole Borromeo wagi bilang 2023 Miss International 3rd runner-up, Pinoy fans super proud pa rin kahit hindi nakamit ang korona
BAGAMAT hindi nagtagumpay ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Nicole Borromeo na makamit ang korona bilang Miss International 2023, wagi naman ito bilang 3rd runner-up ng prestihiyosong beauty pageant.
Hindi rin naging madali ang laban oara sa dalaga dahil 70 candidates ang naglaban-laban para masungkit ang korona na siyang napanalunan ni Andrea Rubio na pambato ng Venezuela.
Bukod kay Nicole, wagi rin bilang 4th runner-up si Vanessa Hayes mula sa Bolivia, 2nd runner-up naman si Camila Diaz mula sa Peru habang si Sofia Oslo Luna naman ang nagwagi bilang 1st runner-up.
Marami naman ang napahanga sa dalaga dahil sa napakagandang sagot nito sa final Q&A.
Tanong kay Nicole, “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the United Nations have targets that are set to be achieved by 2030. What have you done so far in terms of SDGs initiatives?”
“As someone who experienced the wrath of natural disasters, home is everything. I’ve worked tirelessly with Habitat for Humanity under the SDG goals of number 11, sustainable cities and communities. It is through this volunteer work that I can see in the faces of the children, how much they wanted to help, how much they want to be a part of the future.

“Because when it comes to sustainability, we must keep in mind that it’s not only for the next generation but to include them in the process,” sagot ni Nicole.
Kahit na hindi nito nakamit ang inaasam na korona ay proud na proud pa rin ang Pilipinas sa naabot nitong tagumpay.
“She was given the hardest question but delivered the best answer. Congratulations Nicole Borromeo!!! Miss International 2023 – 3rd Runner-up,” saad ng isang netizen.
