‘Drag Den’ director Rod Singh umalma sa pag-aresto kay Pura Luka Vega, magbubukas ng donation channel para sa pampiyansa
PUMALAG ang direktor ng “Drag Den Philippines” na si Rod Singh sa pagkakaaresto ni Pura Luka Vega o Amadeus Fernando Pagente sa totoong buhay.
Ngayong araw, October 4, inaresto ng Manila Police District ang controversial drag queen sa kanyang tinitirhan sa Sta. Cruz, Manila ngayong hapon sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 36 kaugnay sa kasong Immoral Doctrine, Obscene, Publications and Exhibition at Indecent shows.
Ibinahagi nga ni Rod ang mapait na sinapit ng kaibigan sa kanyang X (dating Twitter) page.
“PURA LUKA VEGA WAS ARRESTED THIS AFTERNOON after failing to attend the preliminary investigations of the criminal case filed against them in Manila,” pagbabahagi ng “Drag Den Philippines” director.
Pagpapatuloy ni Rod, “The arrest warrant was issued today despite filing a motion to reopen today. They are now in police custody.”
Aniya, wala raw natanggap na subpoena si Luka o ang kanyang team para sa preliminary investigations sa Manila.

“Meanwhile, PLV (Pura Luka Vega) diligently attends their preliminary investigations in QC,” pagpapatuloy ni Rod.
Giit pa niya, dapat raw ay palayain ang drag queen dahil hindi naman krimen ang ginagawa nitong drag.

Ayon naman sa bagong update ni Rod Singh ay pagnanais ng kampo ng drag queen na makapagpyansa para sa pansamantalang kalayaan nito bukas ngunit mananatili ito ngayong gabi sa kustodiya ng mga pulis.
“For those who are willing to help Luka with their bail amounting to 72 thousand pesos, we will be opening donation channels by tonight,” lahad ng direktor.
Matatandaang naging kontrobersyal ang naturang drag queen matapos mag-viral ang video ng drag performance nito habang kumakanta at sumasayaw sa musika ng “Ama Namin Remix”.
Marami sa mga netizens ang na-offend at sinabing kabastusan ang ginawa ni Luka para sa mga sagradong Katoliko.
Umabot pa nga sa puntong idineklara siya bilang persona non grata sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Pilipinas at kinasuhan rin siya ng ilang mga religious groups dahil sa naturang drag performance.
