YARA binigyang-pugay ang Sexbomb Girls, ibinandera ang modern version ng ‘Bakit Papa?’

NAAALALA niyo pa ba ang signature hit na “Bakit Papa?” ng iconic group na Sexbomb Girls na inilabas noong 2002?
Binigyan ito ng modern update ng Pinoy pop powerhouse na YARA kamakailan lang via Sony Music Entertainment.
Ayon sa grupo, nais nilang bigyang-pugay ang novelty classic na nag-udyok ng pagsisimula ng all-women sing-and-dance pop groups.
“This version of ‘Bakit Papa?’ is more R&B-leaning,” saad ng four-member girl group sa isang pahayag.
Aniya pa, “It has a sensual feel, matched with sultry choreography.”

Ang makeover ng “Bakit Papa?” ay co-produced by reliable hitmaker na si Thyro Alfaro.
Para sa kaalaman ng marami, si Thyro ang isa sa likod ng mga chart-toppers na awitin kabilang na ang ilang hits mula kay Sarah Geronimo, James Reid, at Sam Concepcion.
Ipinagmamalaki din ng YARA na naging hands-on sila pagdating sa creative aspects ng nasabing re-imagined song.
“From styling to choreography, from coming up with promotional strategies to executing the material, we collaborated with our label to ensure that we get the best results possible,” sey ng grupo.
Para sa mga hindi pa masyadong aware, ang YARA ang isa sa pinakabagong P-Pop girl group under Sony Music Entertainment.
May apat itong miyembro na sina Gelou, Rocher, Christa at Kim.
Magugunita noong Marso lamang nang maganap ang official launching ng grupo.
Nasaksihan mismo ng BANDERA ang kanilang first-ever live performance bilang official P-Pop group ng nasabing music label at nagkaroon pa kami ng exclusive interview nila.
Isa sa mga nabanggit nila sa panayam ay nais nilang maka-collaborate ang legendary rapper na si Gloc 9.
