KINLARO ni Super Sireyna 2013 Grand Winner na si Francine Garcia na magkaibigan lang sila ni Luis Christian Singson, ang anak ni dating Governor Chavit Singson.
Base napanood naming panayam ni Francine sa YouTube channel nina Von Belinario at Jefferson Fernando isang event ay, “The post was taken out of context, he’s a good friend. I met him last May because we did an opening for lounge which I’m endorsing in Vigan (Ilocos Sur).
“And then the other day when I was in Laoag City (Ilocos Norte), I was about to go home na and then dumaan ako ng Vigan na dapat magkikita kami but he (Christian) said, ‘tomorrow na lang’ which he invited me sa place nila sa Narvacan kay Gov Chavit. At kahit may mga nakausap nang taga-media si Francine ay nag-effort pa rin siyang mag-post sa kanyang Facebook account kahapon para iklaro ang tungkol sa kanila ng anak ni gov Chavit.
Aniya, “Para matapos ang issue samen ni Luis Christian Singson, it just so happen na I was in Laoag to fix some important things, and nag drop by sa Vigan over night para sa endorsement the following day..
“Luis happened to be in Vigan as well and normal sa FRIENDS na pag nagkataon na nasa iisang lugar eh magkita and kwentuhan.

“So my apologies to the family, especially kay Luis na nagugulo sa issue which was taken out of context and purely just for the CONTENT.
“For the record napaka-welcoming nila lalo na si Luis na sobrang comfortable sa mga LGBT and napakabait samen when we first went sa Sulvec juskopo, kaya nakakahiya na kung sino sino nadadamay!

Kaya pagkatapos mag-viral ng mga larawan nina Francine at Luis ay tinanggal na nito ang mga post niya sa kanyang social media account.
