Anong pelikula kaya ang magiging pambato ng Pilipinas sa Oscars Awards?
ALIN kaya sa pitong pelikula ang nag-submit sa Film Academy of the Philippines o FAP bilang entry ng Pilipinas sa Oscars o 96th Academy Awards na gaganapin sa Marso 10, 2024.
Ang mga pelikulang nagpakita ng interes ay ang mga sumusunod:
“A Very Good Girl” mula sa ABS-CBN Film Productions na idinirek ni Petersen Vargas starring Dolly De Leon and Kathryn Bernardo. Mapapanood na ito sa Setyembre 27.
“About Us But Not About Us” produced ng IdeaFirst Company, Octoberian Films at Quantum Films mula sa direksyon ni Jun Robles Lana na ipinalabas nu’ng 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival pinagbidahan nina Romnick Sarmenta at Elijah Canlas.
“Ang Duyan ng Magiting”, a Cinemalaya 2023 entry mula sa direksyon ni Dustin Celestino starring Dolly De Leon, Bituin Escalante at Agot Isidro.
Baka Bet Mo:
“A Family Matters”, number 2 blockbuster sa nakaraang 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival produced ng Cineko Productions Top Story, directed by Nuel Naval starring Noel Trinidad, Liza Lorena, Mylene Dizon, Agot Isidro, James Blanco, Nikki Valdez, JC Santos, Anna Luna, Ina Feleo, Ian Pangilinan, at Nonie Buencamino.
“I Love Lizzy” sa pangunguna nina Carlo Aquino, Barbie Imperial, at Yukii Takahashi directed by RC Delos Reyes produced by Erwin Blanco ng MAVX Productions.
“Iti Mapupukaw (The Missing)”, 2023 Cinemalaya film starring Carlo Aquino, Gio Gahol at Dolly De Leon directed by Carl Joseph Papa.
“Mamasapano (Now it can be Told)”, 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival entry led by Edu Manzano, Aljur Abrenica, Paolo Gumabao, Gerald Santos, Rey PJ Abellana, Ronnie Liang, Jojo Abellana, Ritz Azul, Myrtle Sarrosa, Rex Cortez, LA Santos, Marco Gomez, Jim Pebanco, Juan Rodrigo, Tom Olivar, Jojo Alejar at Allan Paule. Directed by Lester Dimaranan produced by Boracho Film Production.
Kung naibigay ng pito ang mga requirements ay doon palang mamimili ang FAP bilang entry ng Pilipinas sa Oscars 2024.
