Heart sinisi ang sarili matapos ‘maligaw’; tinawag na ‘guardian angel’ si Chiz: ‘I hated you for the wrong reasons’

NAPAKARAMING natutunan ni Heart Evangelista sa ilang taon na nilang pagsasama ni Sen. Chiz Escudero bilang mag-asawa.
Naging bukas na ang celebrity couple sa pagse-share sa publiko ng ilang naging challenges sa kanilang married life nitong mga nagdaang buwan, kabilang na ang latest controversy na kinasangkutan nila na may kaugnayan sa paghihiwalay.
Sa bagong episode ng “Adulting with Heart and Chiz” na mapapanood sa YouTube channel ng Kapuso actress, natanong nga sila ng, “How would you describe what you recently went through?”

Unang sumagot si Heart, “It’s like a name of a crime that I can’t pinpoint. I mean for my life, not necessarily you. I don’t know what went wrong. Nah, I knew. I guess I feel like I don’t know, I think I got carried away.”
Hirit pa niya kay Chiz, “I think I should’ve listened to you.”
Sabi naman ng kanyang asawang senador, “Some people go through a phase where they think that they want to find themselves and they’re actually searching for themselves.
“When in fact they just had to look and see where they were standing before they started finding themselves,” dugtong ni Chiz.

Sumang-ayon naman sa kanya si Heart, “I really feel like I did lose myself. I lost myself because I had so many voices in my life that I allowed to mold me in a certain way.
“I’m not blaming them, I think I blame also myself because I’m gullible. I take all of the responsibility, it was still me who pulled the trigger in the end.
“But they helped me a lot dig my grave. Just kidding,” ani Heart sabay tawa.
Kasunod nito, sinabi ni Heart na, “I’ve always admitted that I was super-duper nurtured and kept from a lot of things growing up and, in a sense, you also kind of shield me from certain things.
“I feel like I had to go through this chapter that I think I should’ve gone through it when I was in my 20s or when I was 23,” aniya pa.

Matapos nga ang mga pinagdaanan nila as husband and wife, itinuturing na niya ngayong guardian angel si Chiz, “I hated you for the wrong reasons. I think parang I looked at you as the enemy when you were actually my guardian angel the whole time.
“That’s what’s so beautiful about you is that you saw me for everything through everything. But you were just so steady. In the end, you’re still here,” mariing sabi ng fashion icon.
Sa lahat ng kanilang pinagdaanan bilang mag-asawa, mas pinili pa rin nilang ipaglaban ang kanilang pagmamahalan. Sabi ni Chiz, “Family, that grounded me too. That was my anchor too.
“Everything happens for a reason, whether it’s good times or bad times there’s a reason for it always. You don’t see it when you are in the middle of things. But in hindsight, it’s always 20/20. We talked about that,” dagdag pa ng senador.
“You have to get away first and see it from afar,” pag-agree ni Heart. Sagot naman ni Chiz, “Because if it’s right in front of you, you won’t be able to see it.”
