Apl.de.Ap wish makatulong sa mga magsasakang Pinoy, bumili ng palayan nang magkapera: ‘Now my mom never has to buy rice’

ISA pala sa mga ultimate dream ngayon ng international singer-songwriter na si Apl.de.Ap ay ang matulungan ang mga magsasakang Pinoy.
Tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang pag-ariba ng Fil-Am singer mula sa bandang Black Eyed Peas sa international music scene kaya abot-langit din ang pasasalamat niya sa lahat ng kanyang supporters, kabilang na riyan ang mga kapwa niya Filipino.
Sa isang episode ng TFC News Conversations, nabanggit ni Apl.de.Ap ang plano niyang tumulong para sa ikagaganda ng buhay ng mga kababayan nating magsasaka sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa.
“I am thankful and blessed with what we have accomplished so far but I have a lot more things to do from helping other kids, other musicians, to farming, helping farmers, so I have other aspirations beyond music. Now it’s like agriculture, to fixing the soil in the Philippines,” pahayag ng award-winning singer-music writer.

Inalala rin niya ang naging buhay niya noon bilang magsasaka, “I used to be a farmer growing up, tagging along with my grandfather. I was the designated kalabaw watcher.
“I used to plant sweet potatoes, kamoteng kahoy, tubo, corn. I grew up farming. The first thing I bought when I had money was a rice farm. And now my mom never has to buy rice,” pagbabalik-tanaw ni Apl.
Samantala, tungkol naman sa kanyang music career, ibinalita niya ang ilang projects kung saan makaka-collab niya ang mga Filipino artists.

“I’ve been doing The Voice of the Philippines and I keep up with all the kids, with all the artists, so we got a project coming. We have a Christmas album coming, so much stuff to do,” aniya.
Nagbigay din siya ng advice sa mga aspiring singers na ngangarap ding makagawa ng sariling pangalan sa entertainment industry.
“Believe in yourself, get your lawyer, a manager and you could utilize all the social media to your benefit now and promote yourself,” sey ni Apl.

Para naman sa mga songwriter, “Don’t be scared to write something original, challenge yourselves and surround yourselves with great company that believe in you to help you achieve your goals and lead you in the right direction.
“My family was my motivation whenever I have doubts and when I am like, ‘I am having a hard time. Am I gonna make it? ‘Then I think about my family and that gives me more motivation, alright, I can’t take no for an answer, I’m gonna make this happen,” pahayag pa ni Apl.de.ap.
