Liza Soberano muling bumanat ukol sa pagkakaroon ng love team: ‘The only way to become big star’
Nakapanayam si Liza sa podcast na “Get Real” hosted by Ashley Choi and Peniel na napapanood sa Dive Studios YouTube channel uploaded a day ago with 117,000 views na.
“Yeah, I would say that the Philippines is pretty safe, everybody is very wholesome, it’s a very religious country, and it’s a very family oriented, everybody took care of me growing up in that aspect,”paglalarawan ng dalaga sa bansang kung saan siya sumikat.
“In the Philippines they’re only two major networks or studios ABS-CBN and GMA and so for the longest time the entertainment industry was a duopoly kind of like you can compare it to like old school Korean entertainment but now there’s a lot of emerging companies and the company that I signed to is called Careless and it’s owned by another actor who is also a singer, his name is James Reid, so, it’s kind of similar to Jay Park AOMG, but I’m not a singer,”kuwento ng aktres.
“In the Philippines there’s this huge phenomenon called love teams.
“Love teams is when they put to actors together and they become like Brangelina (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie). They ship you and this scenario there’s reel and real and were supposed to be a real couple on and off cam and we only work with each other on whole career.
“So, if you look at my previous movies and TV shows, I mainly worked with one co-actor and love teams and you’re expected to be that just one person throughout your career and your personal life. And people don’t wanna see you aside with other male actor or any other male in general,” paglalarawan ni Liza tungkol sa loveteam dito sa showbiz.
“It’s not that they choose it for you. What happens in the beginning of you career was they kind test you, they put you in a project together where you guys not necessarily the leads and it’s kind of a chemistry test and if becomes popular amongst the viewers then they put you in your own movie or TV show and if that really takes off then you’ll become a love team and you get ship really hard and then once you’re in a love team, you guys starts project after project together,” esplika ni Liza sa hosts.

“What if you’re not dating in real life,” tanong ni Ashley.
“Some love teams don’t actually date in real life but you’re not allowed to say that. The thing is the in beginning of loveteam, too, you’re not allowed to say that you are dating because you want to keep the fans kind of hungry for you guys to be dating and it helps with the project because they’re (fans) always excited.
“Whatever we do like interviews going to the project they’re always ask if were dating already or officially dating or not, so, it becomes this whole thing your career and your personal life kind of the lines between the two get blurr and people they just don’t know what reality is (napangiti),”paliwanag mabuti ni Liza.
Sabi naman ni Peniel, “who taught of this crazy pr (press release).”
“It’s been going on in the Philippines for a long time since like in the 80’s (or) 70’s and in the Philippines the only way to become big star really if you’re not a singer is to become a love team,” sagot ni Liza.
Say ni Liza, “I would say it’s actually good but they don’t do it until like very late in your career.”
