Ice Seguerra at Liza Diño-Seguerra
MARAMING naka-relate sa mahabang hugot ng OPM icon na si Ice Seguerra patungkol sa katahimikan at kapayapaang naramdaman niya habang nag-iisa.
Sa kanyang Facebook post, ibinahagi ng award-winning singer-songwriter ang naging realization niya nang minsang magising siya mula sa pagtulog para magtungo sa CR.
“I woke up early this morning to go to the bathroom. Usually, I would go back to bed to get more sleep, but something nudged me out to the balcony. So I did.
“As I sat down, I realized it’s been a while since I experienced the beginning of a new day. Where everything is still and quiet, it’s been a while since I felt the wind kissing my face. Or I heard birds sing. It’s been a while since I felt so at peace,” simulang pagbabahagi no Ice.
Habang nakatanaw daw siya sa ulap, sa karagatan at sa mga punong nasa kanyang paligid, “I marvel at the simple yet complex way they were designed and how they look so different but are still made of the same elements as I am.

“We are made from stardust from billions of years ago, but at this very moment, we are one. We have always been. That’s what I believe.
“Whether I come from the Big Bang or creation, what matters is I am here. As insignificant as I am in the whole scheme of things, I am here,” paglalahad pa ng asawa ni Liza Diño.

Kasunod nito, biglang pumasok sa isip niya ang religion, “So far, it has divided so many of us. We use it to fault one another. We even use it to curtail people’s rights. Why can’t nature inspire us instead? Different trees grow side by side, but the trees know how to respect each others’ spaces. Live and let live.
“Maybe my questions have already been answered. Maybe in the future, we will see the magnificence in every one of us.
“Despite my questions, I remain grateful that I am here to experience life.
