Juday babu muna sa ABS-CBN, gagawa ng bagong serye na ididirek ni Erik Matti: ‘Ibang-iba siya sa lahat ng nagawa ko!’

KINUMPIRMA ng Soap Opera Queen na si Judy Ann Santos na may gagawin siyang bagong teleserye ngayong 2023 na ididirek ng award-winning filmmaker na si Erik Matti. Pero hindi raw ito para sa ABS-CBN.
Nakachikahan namin si Juday kasama ang ilang piling miyembro ng entertainment media tungkol dito sa presscon ng latest horror-suspense movie niyang “The Diary of Mrs. Winters” with Sam Milby last Tuesday.
Kuwento ng wifey ni Ryan Agoncillo, ito ang magsisilbing comeback series niya after “Starla” na ipinalabas pa noong 2019 sa ABS-CBN.

Makakasama niya sa upcoming series mula sa Reality Films sina Edu Manzano, RK Bagatsing at Gina Alajar.
“It’s a very, very challenging character. Masaya ‘yung cast, ang saya-saya ng set. Nakakaaliw. Basically nakakaaliw itong series na ito.
“It’s very, very different that’s why I accepted the project kasi sobrang ibang-iba talaga siya sa lahat ng teleserye na ginawa ko. And when I say lahat, lahat,” pagbabahagi ni Juday.

Hindi pa sure ang aktres at TV host kung saan ito unang mapapanood o kung ito’y for international release, “That I’m not sure. In all honesty, hindi ko talaga alam. But, hindi pa kami tapos.
“Ako naka-stop lang for now but sila tuloy-tuloy pa rin sila kasi may mga eksena naman na hindi ako kasama. Then I will resume with them on April.
“Nu’ng pinresent siya sa akin, the platform has not yet been decided. Ang decided lang ay kung ano ang gagawin at kung ano ang character.

“Pero open naman sila and they were very honest enough in saying na ‘yung platform will vary, depende kung saan siya puwede ilabas,” paliwanag ni Judy Ann.
Paglilinaw nga niya, “It’s not under ABS-CBN, it’s under Reality Films. And at the same time wala akong contract with ABS-CBN as of now but then again I called Tita Cory (Vidanes) para ipaalam sa kanya na I’m going to make a series outside ABS-CBN. So ipinaalam ko ng maayos.”
Samantala, bago raw tanggapin ni Juday ang horror film na “The Diary Of Mrs. Winters” ay humingi muna siya ng signs kay Lord. Ito ang unang pelikulang gagawin niya makalipas ang tatlong taon.
“God gave me all the signs that I asked for, be it a double rainbow or three fluttering butterflies. I was that specific, and He gave them to me exactly the day after I prayed for them.
“I guess He is now telling me, ‘You’ve been praying for a film that will challenge your ability as an actress and enable you to face your fears.
“I’m giving this to you. What other signs are you still waiting for? Do you want me to personally appear in front of you?’ Lord, huwag naman po,” natatawang sabi ni Juday.
“Another thing is the fact that I will be away from my family for a long time. That’s one other thing that I fear. All of these elements are in this project. This is really it!” aniya pa.
