Mensahe ni Pangulong Bongbong sa mga deboto ng Itim na Nazareno: Faith can conquer looming storms

KASABAY ng pista ng Itim na Nazareno ay nagpaabot ng mensahe ang Pangulong Bongbong Marcos para sa mga deboto.
Alam naman nating lahat na isa itong taunang tradisyon na ng mga Pinoy na kung saan ay libo-libong mga deboto ang nagpupunta ng Quiapo sa Maynila upang bigyang-pugay ang mahigit isandaang taong rebulto ng Black Nazarene.
Dahil diyan ay sinabi ni Pangulong Marcos sa mga deboto na ang kanilang pananampalataya ay makakatulong upang maharap ang mga pagsubok sa buhay.
“Indeed, it is through our faith that we can conquer the storms that loom ahead of us and bring forth a life filled with grace and steadfastness,” mensahe ng presidente.
Dagdag pa niya, “As the Catholic faithful expresses their devotion to the Black Nazarene, let us also remember its deep rootedness in our Filipino culture of overcoming the great trials and tribulations in our midst.”
Inilarawan din ng pangulo na ang tradisyon na paglilipat ng imahe ng Itim na Nazareno mula sa Intramuros hanggang Quiapo bilang simbolo ng paghahanap ng bagong kahulugan ng buhay, lalo na ng mga taong nagdurusa.
Sey ni Presidente Marcos, “a symbolic movement of our collective earthly journey, finding new meaning in our passions and sufferings as people.”
“Together, let us embody these values as we write a new chapter in our nation’s narrative so we can altogether usher in an era of peace and prosperity for all,” dagdag niya.
Imbes sa nakagawiang “Traslacion,” isinagawa noong January 8 ang “Walk of Faith” upang ilipat ang imahe ng Nazareno sa Quiapo.
Matatandaang taong 2021 pa nang suspension ang “Traslacion” dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.
