Comedian-director Phillip Lazaro pumanaw na: ‘Direk, bakit mo naman kami iniwan agad?’

PUMANAW na ang komedyante at direktor na si Phillip Lazaro.
Bumuhos sa social media ang mga mensahe ng pakikiramay mula sa mga kaibigan at katrabaho ni Phillip ngayong araw.
Kinumpirma rin ng GMA Network ang malungkot na balita sa pamamagitan ng kanilang social media accounts.
“Phillip Lazaro, actor and director, dies. Rest in peace,” ang nakasaad sa mensahe ng Kapuso network.
Wala pang official statement mula sa pamilya ng komedyante at wala pa ring inilalabas na anumang detalye ang mga taga-showbiz na malapit kay Phillip.

Sa official Facebook page ng Kapuso comedian, nag-post ang production designer na si Jay Custodio. Aniya, “It’s a sad day today, one of the most finest and kind director that I’ve worked with just passed away.”
“He is also one of the sweetest and supportive director! Praying for the repose of your soul Direk Philip Lazaro! You will be missed!”
“Thanks for all the laughs and chikahan! Love you Direk!!!” aniya pa.
Ito naman ang post ni Tuesday Vargas, “Direk! Bakit mo naman kami iniwan agad? Gagawin pa natin itong Baklakula na serye di ba?
“Sobra akong nabigla sa nabalitaan ko. Ma mi miss kita Mama Phi. Rest in power. I love you Phillip Lazaro!” mensahe pa ng komedyana.
Narito pa ang ilang nabasa naming mensahe mula sa kanyang mga kaibigan.
“Nakakabigla ka naman mama Phillip Lazaro. Rest in peace ma.”
“Rest In Peace kapatid Phillip Lazaro. mahal na mahal kita.”

Nagsimula ang acting career ng komedyante noong dekada ’90. Ilan sa mga unang pelikula niya ay ang “Wanted: Perfect Mother” at “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” na parehong pinagbidahan ni Regine Velasquez.
Ilan naman sa mga seryeng naidirek niya sa GMA 7 ay ang “Prima Donnas,” “Widow’s Web,” at “Nagbabagang Luha.”
