MAHIGIT 1,000 social media followers ang nawala sa biriterang singer na si Katrina Velarde nang dahil sa UniTeam nina presidential at vice presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos at Sara Duterte.
Ang tinutukoy ni Katrina na unang nakilala bilang Suklay Diva, ay ang pag-unfollow ng kanyang Facebook followers matapos i-post sa kanyang official page ang poster ng UniTeam Festival Rally na magaganap sa Cebu bukas, April 18.
Isa si Katrina sa mga celebrities na magpe-perform sa nasabing campaign rally kung saan makakasama rin sina Toni Gonzaga, Andrew E, DJ Loonyo, Mark Herras, Rodjun Cruz, BuDaKhel (Bugoy Drilon, Daryl Ong, at Michael Pangilinan), Mark Herras, Bayani Agbayani at marami pang iba.
Ang maikling caption ni Katrina sa kanyang FB post, “See you Cebu!” Kasunod nito, sunud-sunod na ang pamba-bash sa kanya ng netizens, kasabay ng pag-unfollow ng mga FB friends niya.
Mensahe ni Kat nang mabawasan ang kanyang socmed followers, “I appreciate you mga mi. Thank you (heart emoji).” Aniya, mahigit isang libong followers ang nag-unfollow sa kanya nang dahil sa UniTeam festival rally.
“I already lost 1000 followers. But i am not taking it personally. Still, i respect you. And i appreciate those who respect me too (heart emoji). Thank you. Spread love…” aniya pa.
Narito naman ang ilang positibong komento ng netizens tungkol sa kontrobersyang kinasasangkutan ng magaling na singer.
