Claudine tinawag na ‘advisor, friend & idol’ si Gretchen: Again, it’s a privilege to be your sister

MULING ibinandera ni Claudine Barretto sa publiko ang pagmamahal at pagrespeto sa kanyang nakatatandang kapatid na si Gretchen Barretto.
Sa social media idinaan ng aktres ang kanyang pagbati para sa ika-52 kaarawan ni Greta kung saan tinawag nga niya itong “advisor” kasabay ng abot-langit niyang pasasalamat.
Ilang pictures nila ni Gretchen ang ipinost niya sa Instagram last Sunday, March 6, kalakip ang emosyonal na pa-tribute niya sa kanyang pinakamamahal na sisteraka.
“To my ate, my advisor, friend & idol, happy happy birthday. I thank God first of all for you, as a wife, mother, daughter & friend.
“May you continue to allow God to use you as an instrument for the many who need & have none. Again, it’s a privilege to be your sister. I love you so much my ate,” ang kabuuang birthday message niya kay Greta.
Noong February, 2019 nang magkaayos ang magkapatid makalipas ang ilang taong hindi pag-uusap at pagkikibuan nang ilang taon.
Ayon kay Claudine napakalaki ng naitulong sa kanya ng kapatid noong marami siyang pinagdaraanan sa buhay bilang single mom.
“I’ve been feeling down lately & depression is starting, my Ate always knows what to do & what to say & I am blessed. Thank you will never be enough. I love you @gretchenbarretto.”
“Everything I am, you helped me be,” ang dagdag pa ng aktres sa isa niyang IG post noon.

Sinagot ito ni Gretchen ng, “Mom needs you too & JJ [Barretto] do not ever give up my baby girl. @mimiyque, @ana_abiera, Dominique, dada & everyone loves you so much. I love you so much.”
Kamakailan naman ay sinabi ni Claudine na okay na rin sila ng isa pa nilang kapatid na si Marjorie Barretto na nakaaway din niya noon sa mismong burol ng kanilang ama.
