Luis hindi pipiliting magbuntis si Jessy kung ayaw: Sobrang nirerespeto ko ang mga babae

SA darating na Feb. 21 ay ipagdiriwang na ng mag-asawang Luis Manzano at Jessy Mendiola ang kanilang first wedding anniversary.
Isang taon na nga silang kasal pero ayon sa celebrity married couple hindi naman sila nagmamadaling magka-baby at ine-enjoy muna nila ang kanilang pagsasama bilang husband and wife.
Ayon sa TV host-actor, hindi raw siya magde-demand o pipilitin si Jessy para bigyan agad siya ng anak dahil unang-una maataas daw ang respeto niya sa mga babae.
“One thing that I always say naman sa kanya is whenever you are ready. I cannot, and I will not force the issue na gusto ko nang magkaanak ngayon, mag-adjust ka. Hindi, never. I will never do that.
“I have the utmost respect for a woman, so parang hindi ko magagawa yun. Basta darating at darating din ‘yan pag ready ka na. Ibibigay din sa atin ‘yan,” pahayag ni Luis sa isang panayam.

Sabi naman ni Jessy sa hiwalay na interview, ibabandera nila agad ni Luis kapag pregnant na siya, “Don’t worry about it. I will let everyone know. I’m prioritizing my health because I’m also preparing for that.
“I still workout, even though people say one shouldn’t workout and move so much if you want to get pregnant. I’ve gotten used to it already. But of course, I tried to lessen weight training and doing strenuous activities,” sabi ng aktres.
Dagdag pa niya, “I’m okay with having three at the most, since I also have two sisters. I’m hoping to have twins because my own dad has a twin brother. I’m praying that I get that. They say it’s the female offspring who most likely gets that gene.”

Napa-throwback ang TV host kung paano niya nalaman ang tungkol kina Doods at Ms. Pie, “I think it was from either my manager, Tita June (Rufino) or kaya I remember there was a restaurant and I know one of the servers.
“She sent me a picture na magkasama sila ni Tita Pie, my dad and Tita Pie. So, I sent my dad a message.
“It was pretty obvious naman na, why would they be together in that restaurant so sinabi ko, ‘Hey Dad, parang you seemed extra happy, a.’ “Sabi niya ‘Yes, I am.’
“So siguro that was a pretty obvious answer naman you wouldn’t need to detail it to eight paragraphs. But one thing that I learned is that love will find a way. Di ba sa Jurrasic Park sabi ni Jeff Goldblum, love will find a way.
“Ito, love will find a way. And I told Tita Pie na when she guested in I Can See Your Voice. Sabi ko, ‘Love has a thing, has a knack for catching you by surprise.’ Di ba, once you think na you’ve figured love out, there’s a curve ball na may darating sa buhay mo.
“Sabi ko nga kay Tita Pie, right before this conversation, ‘Let’s go back 6 months, or even a year ago. Did you ever think na you would have a relationship or rekindle whatever you guys had before?’
