Miss Universe Bahrain Manar Nadeem Deyani
TINAWAG na mga “bully” ni 2021 Miss Universe Bahrain Manar Nadeem “Jess” Deyani ang ilang Filipino pageant fans na namba-bash sa kanya sa social media.
Si Deyani ang kauna-unahang kandidata ng Bahrain sa Miss Universe at dahil lamang sa isang lumabas na litrato sa socmed ay nakaranas agad siya ng pang-ookray sa mga toxic na netizens.
Ibinahagi ng beauty queen from Bahrain sa kanyang Instagram page last Dec. 10 ang isang litrato kung saan kasama niya ang ilang kapwa kandidata sa Miss Universe 2021.
Makikita sa picture sina Miss Universe Bahrain, Miss Universe Bolivia Nahemi Uequin, Miss Universe Chile Antonia Cristal Figueroa at Miss Universe Czech Republic Karolina Kokesova.

Marami ang nagkomento na parang hindi beauty queen ang aura at datingan ni Miss Bahrain sa photo dahil bukod sa kanyang OOTD o outfit of the day, ay parang nakasimangot pa siya.
Nabasa namin ang mga pang-asar at malilisyosong comments ng mga netizens sa IG post ni Jess kabilang na ang panlalait ng mga ito sa itsura at fashion style ng dalaga.
Hindi ito pinalagpas ni Miss Bahrain at ipinost pa ang screenshot ng mga hate message ng bashers laban sa kanya. Kasunod nito, ipinagtanggol din siya ng kanyang mga supporters.
Sabi ni Jess, hindi siya nagagalit sa mga Pinoy na nanlalait sa kanya, “I see so many bullies from these pictures.
“I am here to have a representation for all women regardless of the shape, size, religion or color.
“For the people who spread hate on social media—I have nothing but love for all of you.
“I hope that you find peace in your heart as me and my co-sisters unite to break the world’s stereotypes of beauty (praying hands emoji),” paliwanag ng beauty queen.

“PS. I’m not yet ready when this photo was taken (laughing emojis),” mensahe pa ni Jess na siyang kauna-unahang taga-Bahrain na lalaban sa Miss Universe, base sa isang ulat mula sa United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Dagdag pang pahayag ni Miss Bahrain, “I may be the shortest candidate in the history of Miss Universe, but I stand tall representing a country of love, peace and kindness—your first ever Miss Universe Bahrain.”
Samantala, gumawa rin ng kasaysayan ang first-ever Miss Universe representative sa 70th Miss Universe pageant.
Sa swimsuit portion kasi, nagsuot ng black quarter-sleeved jumpsuit ang dalaga sa halip na rumampa ng naka-bikini. Dahil dito, umani ng papuri si Jess dahil hindi niya sinira ang kanilang tradisyon at kultura.
Si Bea Gomez (na isang proud LGBTQIA+) ang representative ng Pilipinas sa Miss Universe Philippines 2021 habang ang Kapuso Primetime Queen na si Marian Rivera naman ay uupo bilang isa sa mga miyembro ng selection committee.
