Rhian namayat nang todo matapos makipag-break sa Israeli BF; hindi makatulog at makakain
“IT was so hard. I really had a hard time, guys.”
Iyan ang ginawang pag-amin ng Kapuso actress na si Rhian Ramos patungkol sa paghihiwalay nila ng Israeli boyfriend na si Amit Borsok.
Sa kanyang vlog na “Breakups, Decisions, and Your Assumptions”, ibinalita ng dalaga na more than one month na siyang single at hindi naging madali ang pagtanggap niya sa mga nangyari.
Ito ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit namayat nang bonggang-bongga ang aktres, at hindi sa pagkakaroon ng eating disorder tulad ng sinasabi ng ibang tao.
“Many, many things have changed since the last time you saw me which was probably the apartment tour.
“I gave a little look at the condo while we’re moving out, and somehow inside of that moving out period, I went through a breakup,” simulang pahayag ni Rhian.
Patuloy pa niya, “It was so hard. I really had a hard time, guys. And not just ’cause I was like brokenhearted and like shattered, but other things in my life were giving me a lot of stress.
“I realized that I had to start working again and I couldn’t live in Alabang with my mom because I don’t want to expose her to anything that I’m exposed to.
“Now, looking back, I really could have taken care of myself. I was in so much pain and under so much stress and I wasn’t going out of my bed. I wasn’t sleeping right, I couldn’t eat, nothing tasted like anything,” lahad pa niya.
Paglilinaw pa niya tungkol sa pagbagsak ng katawan, “I was under so much stress that my body basically started eating itself. And now everyone thinks that I did this to myself on purpose. But I really didn’t. I was just having a really hard time.”
Kaya naman ang mensahe niya sa lahat, maging maingat sa bibitiwang salita tungkol sa isang tao dahil hindi natin alam ang tunay niyang pinagdaraanan sa buhay.
“Remember to be nice ’cause you’ll never really know what someone’s going through. Just think that everyone around you, just like yourself, is trying their best,” pahayag ni Rhian.
Bumuhos naman ang mga positibong mensahe para sa aktres mula sa mga netizens at sa mga nakapanood sa kanyang video. Dahil dito, naging hot topic sa Twitter ang mga hashtag na #WeLoveYouRhian at #SalamatRhian.
Samantala, isa si Rhian sa mga bibida sa bagong mini-series ng GMA 7 na “I Can See You” kung saan makakasama niya sina Jennylyn Mercado at Dennis Trillo.
Sila ang mapapanood sa mystery and romance na “Truly. Madly. Deadly” na mapapanood simula sa Oct. 19 sa Telebabad ng GMA. Kasama rin sa episode na ito sina Jhoana Marie at Ruby Rodriguez, sa direksyon ni Jorron Lee Monroy.
