Scam alert: DepEd walang pa-contest ng libreng laptops at cellphones
Pinag-iingat ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang publiko sa mga kumakalat na scam na naghihikayat sa mga tao na sumali sa anumang contest upang mabigyan ng DepEd ng libreng laptops at cellphones.
Ayon sa pahayag ng DepEd, hindi ito namimigay ng free wifi at gadgets sa pamamagitan ng anumang online giveaway, raffle draw, o contest.
Ang learning continuity packages na donasyon ng LGUs at partners ay ipinamamahagi sa mga mag-aaral at mga guro sa pamamagitan ng DepEd regional and division offices at mga paaralan.
Maaaring i-report ang mga scam na may kinalaman sa pagbubukas ng klase sa [email protected]
