Drug suspek, timbog sa buy-bust operation sa Dumaguete City
Arestado ang isang drug suspek sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Miyerkules ng gabi.
Sa datos ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), isinagawa ang operasyon sa bahagi ng Zone 2, Barangay Looc dakong 8:00 ng gabi.
Naaresto ang target sa operasyon na si Rosalinda Martin Tolentino alyas “Rosie Tolentino,” 60-anyos.
Nakilala si Tolentino na isang Target Listed personality na nag-ooperate sa Dumaguete City.
Nakumpiska kay Tolentino ang siyam na pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P6,800, ginamit na buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang isasampa laban kay Tolentino.
