CSC may online appointment system na, walk-in bawal na
INILUNSAD ng Civil Service Commission Central Office sa Quezon City ang isang web-based application para makapag-schedule ng appointment ang mga taong kukuha ng dokumento sa ahensya.
Simula sa Hulyo 6, ang mga pupunta sa CSC CO ay maaaring makapag-appointment sa pamamagitan ng Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System (ORAS) para makakuha ng certification/authentication, o certified true copy ng:
-Career Service (Professional and Subprofessional) Eligibility
-Civil Service Eligibility Granted under Special Laws and CSC Issuance
-CSC Issuance (e.g. Memorandum Circular, Resolution, Decision)
-Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) mula 2009-2018
-Employee Record
-Statement of Service Record ng mga dating empleyado ng CSC
-Service Card ng iba’t ibang ahensya mula 1930-1989).
Wala umanong tatanggaping walk-in ang ahensya kaya pinayuhan ang publiko na magpa-book sa ORAS.
Para makagamit ng ORAS, kailangang mag-register o sign up sa https://services.csc.gov.ph kung saan maaaring makapamili ng petsa at oras ng pagpunta.
Inilungsad ng CSC ang ORAS alinsunod sa kampanya ng gobyerno laban sa pagkalat ng coronavirus disease 2019.
May mga regional office ang CSC na gumagamit na rin ng online scheduling applications.
